Data Shuttle Not Working

Hi, I am facing troubles with one of Upload workloads created. I am using googlesheet as datasource to be uploaded to Smartsheet. It worked fine for a first time but then it stopped working and I see red explanation mark there. I am not able to figure this out.

Also - if I want to upload data as per googlesheet tab with a pivot table, I am not getting anything. Is that because of pivot table?

Are you able to provide a screenshot for reference? Is the Google Sheet shared to anyone?

Is the sheet on your personal account?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

It seems it is working now, just taking a bit more time to refresh data in smartsheet. But still having an error in the workflow status - sharing the set up details. The googlesheet is owned by me and accessible by few other people.
