Sum FTE Totals for all assigned projects

Hello,

I am looking for some assistance with summing the total FTE hours per person assigned to a project. We use increments of .05 which is always rounded to 0 in the pivot app. I can't achieve this sum in reports, for some weird reason it won't allow me to group or summarize the Assigned Resource column. Is there a formula that I could use instead?

Have you tried increasing the decimal on the Pivot output sheet columns? This should show you 0.5 instead of 0, like so:

For your Report, is the Assigned Resource column a multi-select column? Currently it's not possible to use Grouping and Summary on multi-select columns, but if you only have one selection in the column anyway, turning off the ability to add multiple contacts will allow you to use this column.

If neither of this has helped, it would be useful to see a screen capture of your source project sheet (but please block out sensitive data).
