The Table has no visible columns and cannot be queried
Why am I getting this error when connecting to Smartsheets through excel ODBC for some sheets but not for all? Please help - I am beyond frustrated and cannot find any reasonable solution through web search.

Hi @TWest
There are two possible scenarios I can think of that may cause this error:
1) The first is the type of file you are connecting - are you using a Sheet Summary type of Report? Sheet Summary Reports are currently not supported within the Live Data Connector.
2) The second possible reason for this error is if you have 2 or more columns with periods used as the header (Ex: ".", "..", and "..."). If some of your sheets have columns like this, updating the column names to remove the periods and only contain text values should resolve the error.
If neither of this has helped, please contact Smartsheet Support with screen captures of the error, the URLs to the Smartsheet sheets that cause this error, and screen captures of the sheets (showing the column names).
Thank you!
Genevieve

Hi @TWest
It looks like you marked my response as not resolving your issue. If this is true, please reach out to Support identifying that neither of these cases is true for you and providing them with the information I listed above. They'll be able to troubleshoot this with your through a private channel so you can share more details.
Cheers,
Genevieve
