Copy rows automation based off of a formula
I am working on an inventory tracking system and would like my rows to copy to another sheet anytime an order is placed into production. Orders are tracked in one sheet. When they are placed into production, the formulas in the inventory tracking sheet will adjust for each item used to produce the product calculating price for the materials used. I need to capture these changes in prices to calculate amount sold to pull into a report capturing LIFO accounting. When I change the sheet manually the automation works, but using the formula the automation will not run. Does anyone know of a workaround for this?

I'd suggest sharing a screenshot of your automation builder as well as the relevant part of the Sheet and formula text.

It's rather large, I'm not sure how much I can share. Here are shots of my automation, the sheet that is triggering the automation and the formula in the cell to trigger the automation. The formula itself is looking at rows inside the inventory sheet that gather the information from the Resource Request sheet.

@Leslie Merlino were you able to find any solution to your automation? I'm trying and struggling to build a similar program :)
