Update requests

Hi,

I have a single schedule sheet with rows for different sites each week of the year. I have a workflow which each sends out a weekly request for an update for each site.

The problem is that it is sending a single workflow email for the recipient with a link to all 3 sites/rows (previous and next buttons at the bottom).

The issue is each row update is for a different location so it's not possible to complete the update this way, the recipient needs to physically be at the site. How can I make it so each update request for each row is sent individually?

You can use the Placeholder feature to force it to send separately if it's not more than 6 rows.
