Retaining hierarchy from a sheet on reports

Hello! I have a sheet that has three levels (it's a milestone, sub milestone or tactic) and you can see the relationship and formula below in the classification column.

The tricky part though relates to reporting I currently have a report that shows all rows where the project lead is assigned however if it is a tactic, the request is to have the corresponding sub milestone and milestone so it provides context to the row in which they would be making updates on the report/sheet.

Any suggestions?

Try something like this in a so-called helper column and include it in the report.

=JOIN(ANCESTORS([Primary Column]@row), " / ")
