smartsheet form access restricted to a few specific domains with google account

Hi all,

we would like to restrict the access to fill a smartsheet form to users with a few specific google domains:

@abc.de

@xyz.de

is that possible and how? (like in AppSheet were I can give access for certain domains vs. individuell users)

Currently Smartsheet forms can only be restricted by asking the user to log in to a Smartsheet account or not (see: Manage Form Display and Submission Options). There isn't a way to restrict access by domain, but please let the Product team know this is something you would like to see developed by filling in this form, here.

As an alternative, you could have a column formula built in the underlying sheet to identify if a row was submitted by the correct domain or not, then use an automatic workflow to move rows out of the sheet if they don't meet the correct criteria.

You could also house the form link on a page that only grants access to specific domains, such as Dynamic View or a Workapp.
