Will a new user automatically kick start the 30 days trial when shared to a Smartsheet item?

When someone is shared to a Smartsheet item and login for the first time, will they just be a free collaborator or they will automatically kickstart the 30 days trial?

Hope you are fine, even if the user join for 30 day trail and you add him to your domain user then you change him to licensed user he will became a licensed user else he will stay as collaborator.

@Bassam Khalil thanks for answering. You did share how to turn a collaborator into a licensed user. But that is not what I am asking.

Anyway, I have found out that free collaborator who log in to Smartsheet for the first time, can choose to activate the trial account or to remain as a free collaborator.
