Help with Formula

I'm trying to help someone on my team. Below is a modified snap of the spreadsheet.. The desired outcome is to return the next date in line that is NOT CHECKED. For example, the "Current due date" for the first row would be 9/24/21...the second row would show 9/17/21.
I've been working through the "If" statements but am missing something.
Thanks.
