Setting up a Project Portfolio- next steps
I am new to the community and pretty new to Smart Sheets. I have been tasked with creating a project portfolio with a hopper of projects ready to start when resources become available. I have built the project portfolio linked to the individual projects but it is static at the moment. To get the next phase I have three questions:
How do I set up the portfolio to auto update key fields from the project plans?
Second, I need to track project resources both at the project and portfolio level. Not all of these resources are SmartSheet license holders because the org only sees it as a project management tool. I want to show it as a dynamic tool for the company to plan its projects, people and portfolio better. Do I need 10K feet for this or is there another way for a business license holder?
Lastly, is there a way to autogenerate weekly status reports from each project plan?
