I am looking to send out a Covid screening form to parents in our school on a daily basis. We have just started using smartsheet and still learning. What would be the best way to set this up?
On the spreadsheet, I would like teachers to have the ability to see which parents have not completed the form and, separately, which parents have failed the screening.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
