Internal Communications Management Template Set -- Can I change the sheets in the set?

I downloaded this template. I have a sheet I created before I downloaded the set and am wondering if I can add to the set and how to do that so that it works with the dashboard.

Yes, you can either add the information to the matching sheet or add the sheet and then update the reports to include it.
