HELP Needed! Dashboard not printing

Hi All,

My dashboards are not printing to pdf in total. It is only printing 1 out of 10 pages but is also including scroll bars to the right and at the bottom of the page.

I have tried, Chrome, Edge, a different laptop, a different colleague, and it's still the same.

I have attached a pic (document content deleted) showing the print preview and print settings.

Would anyone know what's happening please???

My dashboard has a lot of data on it, it runs about 3 pages. When I print, I only get the first page. Any recommendations?

If I'm on 'page 2' I can print page two only - still showing scroll bars.

I'm tried on Chrome and Edge - but no luck.

Please advise as I need to produce this PDF output from the Dashboard, thank you.

I am still experiencing the same issue I raised a week ago, despite a fix apparently being in place. I have tried refreshing my browser (multiple times) and closing and reloading the dashboard but still no luck.

Problem still seems to be there so please can your support team again into this issue.

I have the same issue!!!! Help!!!! I had to present to my board of directors using screen shots which we all know is terrible. Please fix this!

Same issue here. When attempting to print a dashboard, only the first page is added to the PDF. Does not happen with sheets or reports, only dashboards. Using google Chrome.

When using Firefox, I get the entire document but without the options to print in color etc. Jumps directly to Windows PDF print dialog. No ability to set smartsheet print options presented
