Pulling a specific employee's data

Hi

One of my department heads wants to be able to see the weekly / monthly / annual reports of any single employee that he wants to.

The reports that I have made, pull the data using the "Current user" function; then how do I fulfill the requirement of that department head please?

I hope you're well and safe!

Here are a couple of options.

• The easiest way would probably be to copy the current ones, but they would need to change the criteria in each report depending on the specifics.
• Another way would be to try and combine everything as it is in one report.
• A third option, which would require the most work and pretty advanced, would be to add a so-called helper column to all sheets that would update from a selector and show the selected employee's data in a Dashboard/report.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
