Data Shuffle in Smartsheet

Hi All,

The file in XLX format is not being picked up in data shuffle mapping with target smartsheet columns. Do we know what can be the reason for the xls file format not being picked up on Smartsheet. Are there any formatting rules to be followed?

Data Shuttle supports CSV, Microsoft Excel (XLSX only), & Google Sheets file formats.
