Need to Delete an Account
Anyone ever need to delete an account? I have two email addresses in error at my company and am trying to use the primary one for Smartsheets. But it keeps coming back to the invalid email.
Tried adding both emails to my account so I can designate "Primary" it says because I have two active accounts I cannot combine?
I want to drop one entirely. How do I do this? I put in a ticket but haven't heard back from Smartsheet yet and thought I'd ask the Community?

If you have the account with the incorrect email deleted, the admin can transfer any Sheets, Reports and Dashboards, that you own, to the correct account.
The downside is that permissions that you had to any other Sheets, Reports and Dashboards with the incorrect account will not transfer. These permissions would have to be setup again.
