Can I connect outlook to smartsheet?
I have a specific problem where we have a central mailbox where we get mails from partners and we need to track these and respond. At the moment the tracking is done in an excel spreadsheet and my preference would be for this to be done in smartsheet.
I do not know if I can create some sort of link where any email that lands in the central mailbox automatically creates a new line in the smartsheet.
any suggestions would be great.
