Can I connect outlook to smartsheet?
Hi Folks,
I have a specific problem where we have a central mailbox where we get mails from partners and we need to track these and respond. At the moment the tracking is done in an excel spreadsheet and my preference would be for this to be done in smartsheet.
I do not know if I can create some sort of link where any email that lands in the central mailbox automatically creates a new line in the smartsheet.
any suggestions would be great.

Smartsheet has an integration with Outlook that would allow you to attach emails to rows in a Sheet (see: Smartsheet for Outlook Add-in).
However if you're looking to create a row from information gathered in an email, I would suggest looking into third party application (such as Zapier).
