I have created an announcement report for announcements on Dashboards. I highlight the most recent entry in the report, but when I view the report in the Report Widget on the Dashboard, the row is not highlighted.

Grid/Form--> Report --> Dashboard

How do i get it so my formatting on my report appears in the Report widget on my Dashboard?

How are you "highlighting" this row, are you using the Highlight Changes feature or are you using Conditional Formatting?

In order for the formatting to appear in the Report and then Dashboard, you'll want to use Conditional Formatting to highlight the row instead of Highlight Changes.

Then when you embed the Report Widget into the Dashboard, make sure you have this element UN - checked:

Thanks....That did help. Not exactly what I was going for, but I made it work.
