Restricted Drop Down Lists
Hello. In my main smartsheet, I have restricted the CONTACT LIST drop downs to specific people. It is working fine in my main sheet, but I have two reports that people use to assign tasks and those drop downs have many, many other names in them. Did something change? Why are the dropdowns still not restricted in the reports. I've remove the columns, added them back...still the same.

Is everyone able to add non-approved contacts or just you? Admins can add or remove people that aren't on the approved list so may need to confirm non-admins can select other people as well.

@Parker Oxford Not sure where this adding is. Only a few of us have a license. I do. We intake 100's of forms all with multiple emails. Those emails are used in various automations using the Contact List feature. Thank you for responding as well, Parker
