What is Smartsheet's goal with WorkApps?

I don't understand the purpose of utilizing Workapps, in it's current state.

The concept is great, but can only be fully appreciated if our company buys into a "WorkApps collaborator pack". I hope smartsheet changes their pricing model to include it in the overall that companies already pay.

I'm really excited to use this feature, but doubt the company will pay on top of what they already are.

Sucks for all the "mobilizers" out there.
