Zapier send mail when row is uptdated - trigger all the rows

Hi 

Is there anyone whit the solution for this problem ?

I have been using filters and contacting zapier, but the recemand me to move the row i want to upate to the bottom. But thats not a good solution, because i use big sheet which is sorted.

You need to use a multi-step Zap with a Filter.

You will get a lot of filtered hits, but only one actionable.

I do this all the time.

Can you descibe more spesific ?

My sheet has 500-1000 rows. And each one is a work order, where  i want the row to be sent to the custumor when it is planned. And. the row i update is not always at the top row.

I'll try.

1. You need to use Multi-step Zaps. Some Zaps are two step (trigger, action). You need to add a filter step (App="Filter by Zapier) to Only Continue If on something.

2. Sometimes, to create that filter, you need a manual action (Send Now check box) or something else to ensure the rows being acted on and only those are what make it past the Filter.

For example, in the Zap described here:

I'm setting a date. The condition is the date is blank and the check box is checked.

3. Sometimes, I'll add a fourth step to reset the Zap for the new manual trigger
