Error in viewing report source content in published dashboard

Refer to the enclosed screenshot. I am still getting this error in spite of following all these steps.

What am i missing?

1. I have 2021 dashboard - Published to users in the own account option
2. It calls the report - The report is published to users in the own account option. The widget setting is set to when the user cllcks on ' open the source data ' and also changed to ' open smart sheet item' as another scenario
3. The report is taking source from the schedule - The schedule is published to users int he own account option

Hi @Leela

Can you double check that you have changed the Publish security setting to be users in your own account? I can see in the URL from the screen capture that it goes right from publish? to the URL string.

When you have the publish link set with a security measure, the URL should say something like this:

app.smartsheet.com/b/publish?scope=email+profile+https...

If you can confirm that you have the publish link setting correct, then the next thing to check is the type of widget you're using. Are you embedding the Report using a Report Widget, or using the Publish URL as a Web Content Widget?
