Unable to auto provision projects in Control Center

I am trying to setup automated provisioning of projects in Control Center but I am unable to see the "Automations" button or menu item. As per the Smartsheet article on Control Center Auto Provisioning:

"To enable auto-provisioning on a Blueprint: 

1. In Smartsheet Control Center, select Automations and then, at the top right select New Automation.
2. Select the Blueprint for which you want to enable automated provisioning and then, at the bottom right, select Create. 
3. The Blueprint is now set up for auto-provisioning. Automation is on by default; use the toggle to turn it off. "

I have contacted Smartsheet support and they are looking into the issue. I will post the resolution once I have it but if anyone has a solution, I would love to hear it.

This is a specific setting that needs to be turned on when your Control Center account is set up. If you want to turn this on, please reach out to your company's Customer Success manager. If you don't know who this is, Support will be able to forward the request along for you.
