Account Level Colours

Hello all - I have setup account level colours. However each time I load smartsheet it shows me default Gantt colours. I would have to either go to the workspace level and click on revert to account colours or go to account, click on custom and save again to show the account level colours. This is okay few times but become annoying very quickly when have to do it every time I load smart sheet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Any workspaces that existed before applying custom colors and logo will need to be changed individually afterwards. Is it possible that the sheet where you're seeing old colors is stored in an older workspace? See: Brand Smartsheet with Your Colors and Logo

Thanks Genevieve - yes workspace and sheets were made before the account level colour change. As a test I had created a new Workspace and added sheets from old workspace to new one but that did not make any difference. I will try and see if creating a new sheet in the new workbook will behave the same or not. Thanks for the steer and I will respond back with findings.

Okay, I have tested and you are right. The newly made sheet conforms to the account colours. How do I enforce that on the existing sheets as I have a lot of projects running on those sheets at the moment :(

Hi @SM_PM

Where are these sheets located?

If they're located in a Workspace, you'll just need to update the branding for that specific Workspace and it will update the sheets/reports etc inside of that Workspace.

Moving a sheet from one Workspace to another should also update the branding for that sheet as well. (See: Apply Colors and Logo Branding to a Workspace)

Thanks it worked. I disabled account level branding and updated workspace level branding. Thanks again.
