User Activity Report
I am trying to get a report of all of the activities and actions taken in our workspace. Is there something already created for this? Or is this something I am able to create on my own? If so, what would be the steps I take to create the report?

Depending on your plan-type, you can review the Activity Log of a Sheet (or Dashboard) to review the changes/updates that have happened to it within a specific timeframe. Activity Logs are individual per-item so there isn't a way to download a mass of logs for an entire workspace. This Help Article has more information: Track the History of Changes with Activity Log
