Workflow: Request Update Form
Hello,
For the automated workflow - request update option, if I have this sent out to more than one person to complete and they both leverage the linked form from the automated Smartsheet email, how does Smartsheet intake that information?
Would it create two entries or combine into one? This would be for a weekly status update, so ideally, it wouldn't create more than 1 form for the respective week. Thanks for your help!

It will not create a new row, but whether it holds the information from each person or overwrites depends on what you are sending out.
If you ask John and Jane to update Column A, whoever updates last will have their data saved. If you are asking them to update different columns for each other, then you should be fine.
