Workflow: Request Update Form


For the automated workflow - request update option, if I have this sent out to more than one person to complete and they both leverage the linked form from the automated Smartsheet email, how does Smartsheet intake that information?

Would it create two entries or combine into one? This would be for a weekly status update, so ideally, it wouldn't create more than 1 form for the respective week. Thanks for your help!
