Is it just me or does WORKAPPS lack some BASIC functionality??? (or simpler terms IT SUCKS)
I just upgraded my company to Enterprise so we could all access WORKAPPS...
I spent dozens of hours creating and tweaking apps only to find out today that WORKAPPS is missing a massively critical function...
You can't @MENTION any of your team members in comments!!!
This is such a critical function and we use it dozens if not hundreds of times a day!
Also, when I add pages to the APP, why is the default visibility to all ROLES set to VIEW!!
Privacy rules should dictate the default visibility should be HIDDEN.
Now if I add a page I am forced to edit ALL roles before publishing and change the visibility. If not there could be private information made visible to people who should not see it.
This goes against all LOGIC.
I am so disappointed with Smartsheet Right now...
