Direct a new form to an old form URL
Hello All,
I'm moving to a new sheet with different column headings and different information. I need to keep the old one. I know the workaround will be to save a copy of the old sheet for my archive and use the original sheet to build the new one. But I'd like to start from scratch (in fact, I already have!). I would like the form in the new sheet to have the same URL as the old one so that we don't have to change all the links.
I suspect this can't be done, and I will use the workaround if I need to, but if there's a better solution, I'd love to know it!
Thanks,
Lydia

Hi @LydiaBR
I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now to do it in another way, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Hi ,
Just thought I'd offer an alternative workaround.
Make the old form one question that states the URL for this form has changed to (New Link). Click submit below to be taken to the new form.
Then in the settings change the thank you message to "Send user to link" and link the new form.
Bit clunky but allows you to have the same link and potentially train people on the new link without having to do a big communication about it.
