Sorting broken after added new lines in Smartsheet

Hi All,

My question is: I used Jira+Smartsheet and get information from Jira info about tickets Statuses to my smartsheet, but when new tickets are added to smartsheet and some statuses change for existed tickets my 'Sort Rows' breaks down and gets lost. Is it possible make smtg to fix once Sort for rows for newcomers tickets and its changed statuses?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you would like the Sort order of the sheet to be automatically applied as new rows are added or changed. Currently Smartsheet's Sort function on a sheet is a one-time application which does not apply to new rows, you'll need to apply the Sort each time the sheet is updated to re-order the rows. (See: Sort Rows to Organize Your Data)

An alternative would be to create a Report from this sheet, since the Sort order in a Report will be auto-applied as new rows are added or changed. (See: Reports)
