User permissions
Dear Smartsheet Community,
I am turning to you because I am having an issue that I am not able to resolve. I tried to ask smartsheet directly but they haven't answered yet. I do hope you can help me.
I am a licensed user (pro) and I collaborate with many other consultants (mainly free users, some pro as well).
On my sheets, I have given them admin or editor (can share access) however when they open my sheet they see they have only "viewer permissions".
I want my collaborators to comment on the sheet, update certain fields (basic stuff) that they are not able to do.
Has this happened to anyone? Am I doing something completely wrong?
Please refer to screenshots. Sorry to ask such a straight forward questions but I am really blocked and I am getting quite frustrated. Thank you all!
Mina

Pro licenses are limited to how many collaborators/viewers you can have on a single sheet:

Thanks Paul!
Unfortunately it does the say with sheets where there are only 2 collaborators. So not sure it is that. Any other idea?

It may also be a limitation on their end. I am certainly curious to see what support has to say.

So apparently if you have the pro plan, everyone whom you share the sheet with needs to be on the same plan... So no more free collaborators. They all need to be licensed...

Ah. Good to know. I can confirm though that that is only for the Pro level plan. Business and Enterprise levels are not like that.
