Congratulations on completing the Product Certified User Exam! :) I understand you would like to move further. I would recommend reaching out to your plan's system admin, account manager, customer success manager. Contact Smartsheet Support to get information on these for they are able to route you to the appropriate department or contact Smartsheet sales for additional information on certifications/learning modules such as Connectors, Premium Apps & Add-Ons.

It's great that you're working through courses in the Smartsheet University!

Here is the announcement post around the NEW Core Product Certification by Smartsheet University and the Smartsheet Certified page in the University that has FAQs for you.

The Core Product Certified exam is a pass or fail exam and the end of the exam the score will be emailed to you. You can learn about the Exam on this page of the University.

The Core Product exam is not included with the eLearning tracks, it's a separate offering which means that the cost is separate as well.

I'm not able to see what your plan already has purchased and if your have purchased the Core Product Certification; I would discuss this either with your Account Representative or the Sales team to confirm.

The Certification would be an additional purchase with a plan, it's not automatically included in any plan, but your company may have added it on at the time of purchase.
