I have questions

Why are some contacts appearing in cells with their email address and others not? I'd prefer their names only appear. Thank you.

Try checking the user account. I had similar issue where the user profile only had email and not the name. The other reason could be the column properties. You may need to add your contacts in the column. Here is one example.

@I have questions You need to troubleshoot this which means checking obvious and nonobvious. When creating a collaborator or a user, the email is the only required field. So, if you are seeing a contact with just an email, it is likely whoever added or created that contact only entered the email.

Try editing the user and adding the Name field (collaborator) or going to the User admin and editing the User.
