Question about automated email generated from the "alert when an assigned row changes" automation

Is there a way to only include the link to the sheet and then the actual cell, row, or column that changed in the email?

Your options when customizing Alert notifications include one to link to the sheet and specific fields. Generally it will only include rows that changed based on the trigger/condition of the alert. It should automatically highlight the changes that triggered the alert, if you include those fields in your email.
