Automate the copying of rows and deleting previous versions

I'd like to automate the copying of a row into a secondary sheet when a cell is updated. Then delete any older versions, on the secondary sheet. I have already created a system column to create project ID's. I can find previous versions of the copied data, but I'd like to automate it so that when the new information is added, the older data/line items are removed. Hoping to avoid linking cells. TYIA

    You could add a formula that checks for duplicates, and that checks a box on the previous one, and that would trigger a move row workflow to move it to a so-called helper sheet.
