Document Builder - Saving with different names

I am creating weekly score cards for my team. All of the score cards use the same PDF form. The issue I'm running into is that I can't change the name of the saved document prior to the download. For example if I generate these score cards for a team of 5 I am getting 5 documents with the exact same name. The only solution I can think of at this time is creating a different mapping for each team member, and saving that mapping as their name. Thoughts?

An automation to automatically name each file after the primary column would be awesome

Generally I create a column specifically for the name of the document because it only accepts one value and write in a formula to pull in different information into that column.

You can change the name of the file before download, just map a column to the output document name.
