"Unexpected Error"

Hi All,
One of my colleagues has been experiencing an issue with approval workflows. When she goes to submit it she keeps getting "An unexpected error has occurred". I checked to make sure she is using Google Chrome and she is a fully licensed account. It happens to her so often that it holds up other workflows because she can't submit her approval. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this? It's not a company wide problem. Just her.

Upon reviewing this, I would recommend submitting a Support ticket so they can further assist with troubleshooting the error message.
