Adding An Attachment or a Comment in a workflow (Or bulk load)

I have a need to add an attachment which is actually an XLSX template, i also need to add some brief instructions, possibly in comments, for certain Rows in a sheet.

My users would be accessing and Updating the info through the Dynamic view.

I agree that it would be helpful to have a bit more context, or identification of where you're having issues! Perhaps a screen capture (but block out sensitive data).

If you're the Dynamic View Owner, you can enable both Comments and Attachments as fields that your collaborators can submit (and view) on the Second Tab of the View configuration:
