I am working on a sales report and need to total sales to dealers by month in a separate column. I have added a checkmark cell that identifies dealer sales. So if there is a checkmark then the value in grand total purchased needs to be summed for all children on the monthly sales row.

Try something like this.

=SUMIFS(CHILDREN([Grand Total (Purchased)]@row), CHILDREN(Dealer@row), 1)
