Form Logic Disabled on Pro Plan

This is not right!

I've been on Individual Plan (which is not for sale anymore) for more than 5 years, and I upgraded to the Pro Plan 2 weeks ago.

I realize today that the Form Logic function on Pro Plan is not available and requires upgrade to either enteprise or business plan!!

The Form Logic function was available on Individual Plan and we used this extensively. Now all our forms are stupid and do not make sense. Worst is that they are disrupting automated responses triggered by selected form logic options.

The worst now is that I filled in support contact form and it is not going through.

Please somebody help relay this message.

You are correct, the Pro Plan does not have access to Conditional Logic in Forms, however a Business Plan has access to this feature. You can see a list of the different functionalities per-plan under the dropdown, Complete Feature List, on this page: https://www.smartsheet.com/pricing
