Workflow - when box is checked
Hi there,
I feel like this is an easy one, but for some reason I'm a bit confused about how to get it done - I want to trigger an alert when a box is checked - either when the row is added or when it is checked at a later point.
I was going to do 'when rows are added or changed' and 'xx' box is checked, but, I don't want the users to get alerts when there are changes to the row; I just want them to get a notification whenever the box is checked. Help!

And they won't get an update any time the row is updated (if the box is checked), only the first time the box is checked? Just triple checking!

Correct, but if they uncheck, save and then check again and save, it will trigger again.

Did this work for you? When I do this it triggers an alert when rows are changed AND when the box is checked. I just want the notification to go out when the box is checked only.
