Auto emailing updates within the last hour

I'm stumped.

I have several users in the field updating a sheet (by using a form on their phones) throughout the day. Approximately 20 entries AN HOUR.

I need to send out an automatic email update to the managers every hour of ONLY THE NEW RECORDS from the previous hour.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get ONLY the last hour's entries to auto email. I can get an auto email of the whole sheet since the beginning of time (but way too much data to scroll through to see the end), I can get 1 new entry update per email (but emails too frequently and very annoying to see only 1 at a time).

How can I just send an email of all of the previous hour's updates only?

Hello, do you mean auto-emailing a report vs a sheet? I don't see where to set up a trigger for automatic email distribution for a report. ?

Also, funny story to complicate things a bit more. I deleted the trigger to automatically email a sheet ...and it still auto - emails. No idea why. Driving the staff crazy.
