Forms - Phone Validation

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I have created a form that includes phone numbers and I have selected the Phone Validation when designing my form. In the process of testing the form to make sure all of my logic is working as expected, my required fields are correct, etc. When completing my form, I purposely left a required field blank to see what the error message would be displayed to an end use.

The weirdest thing happened after the error message was displayed, I was no longer able to enter in a phone number in the phone number field. I'm not able to enter in numbers or letters. I am able to enter in other information in the non-phone fields. If I reload the form, I was able to re-enter in the phone number.

Has anyone else experienced this or is this potentially a bug within forms?

This almost sounds like it may be a bug. Have you tested it on other forms and/or using other browsers?

I have tried it in Chrome and Edge. I have also tested in different forms. Same results

I opened up a support ticket yesterday afternoon. Haven't heard back yet but hopefully soon.
