Is there a metric for Update Request Status?
Currently, I manually update a column, "Update Request Status" with a dropdown of "Sent" and "Received." From there, a metric shows outstanding update requests to completed update requests. Is there an automated process to change a cell value based on the Update Request status?

In the past, I gave an option to update or not, with a column "No Changes" or another checkbox column to acknowledge they received the update request, but failed to do so and trying not to flood the sales force with another update request.

You could add a cell update section to your workflow, so when the update request gets sent out, your "Update Request Status" cell gets switched to sent.
