Jira Connector Stale Data
We primarily work from Jira but tend to use smartsheet for easier bulk changes and workload overview. The problem we frequently run into is that the smartsheet side tends to have stale information that may or not resolve itself when a ticket is updated. Our most recent examples are:
1) Issues that fall out of the scope of a Jira Connector sync workflow do not get moved under the "Filtered Out by Connector" label so we have two tickets referencing two different sheets assigned to two different users but pointing to the same Jira ticket. Updating the ticket from the jira side updates the valid entry in smartsheets but the stale entry remained as is until we manually deleted it.
2) If we update a single-picker field in Jira to have more options, the additional choices are not pulled into smartsheets. This means that we are stuck manually modifying the column properties on every smartsheet that references that field before we can sync new changes back to Jira.
Is there anything we can do to resolve this?
