How to receive a copy of all forms submitted
Afternoon,
Any one know if there is a way to receive a copy of all forms submitted in the same format as the person who submitted the form would if they requested an emailed copy???
Help would be appreciated :)

You could add a Workflow with an Alert that would send a copy to an email or copy the row to another sheet to have the initial values.
Would that work/help?

I am very good thank you, I hope you are well too?
My manager wants a copy in the form format or email form submission format not the sheet format...
I'm rather new to smart sheets and thought there must be a way for it to email form even if it is to me as the owner and I forward it on to my manager.
Your help is much appreciated.

I'm excellent and glad to hear that you're well!
There are a couple of options.
- Set up an auto-forward rule in your email program
- Have a Workflow send a copy of each submission
- Send the row manually that can also be saved as a PDF
- Use the Document Builder feature to create a copy in PDF
I'd recommend the second option because it's the easiest. None of the options will look the same, but either one of them should work, I think.

Alternatively is there a formula I can use, so that when a new entry happens it send only the non blacks columns in that row??
My boss originally was using a word document so they want it neatly in a table for each separate submission to them.

Is there a way I can set the day of the week and time? (I can set it weekly under workflow, however it does not give options like friday at 13:00)

- If you want the "exact" copy, it needs to be triggered immediately, but maybe you could use a report to show them together?
- Otherwise, you could set the Alert to trigger whenever and recurring, but it wouldn't look like the form. You can set it to trigger every Friday at 13:00 (see below).
