Not receiving Community Email Notifications

The email preferences for my community profile are all turned on. I don't receive any notifications when someone responds to my questions. Is there an address I should whitelist? Any other thoughts? Thank you!

    There are two settings to make sure are turned on in your Profile under Notifications:

    If you have these turned on but you don't see an email come through, check your Junk mail to see if Community emails are being filtered out.
