Not receiving Community Email Notifications

The email preferences for my community profile are all turned on. I don't receive any notifications when someone responds to my questions. Is there an address I should whitelist? Any other thoughts? Thank you!

There are two settings to make sure are turned on in your Profile under Notifications:
If you have these turned on but you don't see an email come through, check your Junk mail to see if Community emails are being filtered out.
Emails will come from noreply@mail.community.smartsheet.com

Those settings were on in my Profile/Notifications.
I added the address to my safe senders list.
