Automation emails being sent from copied smartsheet

Hi

I have automation copied from the previous years sheet, the system seems to be sending out 2 x emails from an approval request workflow. 1 from this years sheet and it looks like 1 x from the copied sheet i.e. last years. Is there a link I am not aware off when you copy a sheet over to create a new financial year record.

When you copy a sheet with Save as New, the default will be that it duplicates the workflows you have set up. See: Copy a Sheet with Save As New

If you want to copy the workflows but disable them, you can set this at the time of the new sheet creation:

However if the sheet is already created, you'll want to access the Automations for that specific sheet and manually disable the workflows you don't need. See: Manage your workflows
