Problems sharing a published dashboard

I have a published dashboard that I wish to distribute as "anyone who has the link can see the dashboard".

Said dashboard has 8 chart widgets that pull data from reports.

Chart widgets viewer mode are set as "their own perspective".

When opening the dashboard using the web link, users get the following error:

How can users see a published dashboard with their own perspective?

I would first start by confirming that you are sharing the proper link with the user. You do not want to share the URL for the dashboard itself. You must share the published link by clicking on the "Get Link" hyperlink included in the published options view.

Can you check to make sure that you are providing the correct link. If you are, then we can move on to the next step in troubleshooting what may be going on.
