I am putting together a schedule that is 2.5months out and when I transfer it to a PDF it pulls all the other moths prior to causing the print out font to be tiny. How can I transfer the data for only the months I need?

If you're exporting a Gannt or Calendar view to PDF, you should be able to set a Custom Date Range to filter down what you want to show in your PDF. See the Custom Date Range heading in this Help Article: PDF Print Options
