Not Receiving a Copy of Responses

Hi There,
Perhaps a silly question, but just a single teammate of ours isn't receiving a copy of their responses when they opt-in and input their email.
Is this something that could be resolved in permissions/settings, or is it a more significant IT issue?

I've had similiar user-errors and in my scenario the response was stuck in a junk/spam folder or mimecast mailbox.

I see that you marked Nichole's answer as not resolving your question. The first thing I would suggest in this scenario is to check the junk/spam folder as well! However it is possible that there are other things blocking the email from coming through, such as if they have an application filtering their mail, like Mimecast.
